Sage for your gums
Sage is particularly popular in oral care due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. The ingredient effectively fights bacteria in the mouth and can therefore help prevent tooth decay and gingivitis. Sage also has a soothing effect on irritated gums. In our sage mouthwash, we use the gentler sage extract instead of the intensive essential sage oil. This makes the mouthwash ideal for daily use and particularly gentle on the sensitive oral cavity. Potassium for your sensitive teeth
Potassium is found in many toothpastes and mouthwashes, often in the form of potassium citrate, potassium nitrate or potassium chloride. Although potassium chloride is also known as sodium-free table salt, potassium has an important function in oral care: it can block pain signals in sensitive teeth, especially in cases of temperature sensitivity. Potassium penetrates the small tubules of the teeth and thus interrupts the pain signal. This reduces tooth sensitivity. Find out more about potassium for strong teeth:
Everytime after brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth for 30 seconds with approx. 10 ml (1 cap) of mouthwash. DO NOT SWALLOW! Do not rinse with water. Shake before use.
