Sage for your gums
Sage is highly valued in oral care for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It effectively combats bacteria in the mouth, helping to prevent cavities and gum inflammation. Additionally, sage has a soothing effect on irritated gums. Since a milder sage extract is used instead of the more potent essential oil, it is ideal for daily use and is particularly gentle on sensitive areas of the mouth.

Potassium for your sensitive teeth
Potassium is commonly found in many toothpastes and mouthwashes, often in the form of potassium citrate, potassium nitrate, or potassium chloride. While potassium chloride is also known as a sodium-free salt substitute, potassium plays a crucial role in oral care. It can block pain signals in sensitive teeth, particularly those triggered by temperature sensitivity. Potassium penetrates the small tubules in the teeth, interrupting these pain signals and thereby reducing tooth sensitivity.
