We verify our product ratings
All product reviews that can be seen on our website are checked for authenticity.
We ensure the authenticity of the ratings in the following way:
- Only consumers who have a customer account in the alkmene online store and have purchased the respective product can write a product review on the product detail pages.
- In addition, there are product reviews that are received via our product tester campaigns. The product testers are selected by us after their application via a suitable form and receive an alkmene product from us sent home. After 2 weeks of testing, the product testers evaluate the respective product via a form on our website. Only the product testers have access to this form.
